gathering in ktv pub

It has been so loooong since I last met up with my army friends and the girls. Our gatherings are always filled with laughter and lots of fun =)

Drunk

I left the pub at about 2a.m. and went to meet a friend. Supposed to go clubbing together but we were feeling tired. We ended up chatting and he opened up his history to me.
A bright student and an officer during his army days, he met with a fatal road accident in Taiwan which landed him in hospital for six months, with another three years of surgeries and physiotherapy sessions. The crash affected his memory and speech.
Thankfully, his family is very rich, hence he received top quality medical care. He is on the road to full recovery now. The accident still haunt him.
生命无常. Life is full of unexpected stuff........

So Exciting!!!

So exciting! I am a member of Fitness First! I had always wanted to join a gym since May... But this plan was interrupted by my internship in Shanghai. FF AMK Hub is a natural choice because its just 15mins from my house.

I attended Supramental Hatha Yoga this evening. Omg... I totally enjoyed it! All the creative yoga postures.... and a cutie was lying beside me (and peeping over periodically). What to do....

So after Yoga, I met Mike and his friend for a drink at a cafe in AMK Hub. AMK Hub is so exciting too! Loads of new shops and restaurants.

Mike and Junhao left at 1130pm for The Simpsons, and I hopped over to Pitchblack at Haji Lane for Fiong's 21st birthday! (I'll upload the pics when she sends me)

Had some red wine, cakes and we went supper at Newton.

And so exciting!!!!!!!!! I am going for a Body Balance lesson tomorrow =) I know there's something seriously wrong with my posture.

And not to mention, I feel so broke too.

Relax

Managed to catch Bryan before he returns to Australia to continue his degree course. We had 麻辣火锅 in Geylang before heading over to TCC at Citylink for coffee. The steamboat restaurant is filled with Chinese Nationals. Probably 90% of the customers are PRCs. Its as though I'm back in Shanghai.

We were reading magazines and chatting in TCC till 11+p.m. The usual topics... downgrading, reminiscing about army days, future career path, some gossips etc etc...

I love my lifestyle now. So relaxing. When school starts, its going to be hell!
And I love my pink tee.

KTV(HK) vs. KTV(SGP)

I thought my singing has improved after KTV in HK. So when I'm back in SG, I gathered a few friends for KTV session and dinner. BUT....... OMG... I think its the microphone here that makes my voice sound so bad.

Here, 2 wired microphones are shared among 5 people... And the room is so small. In HK, everyone has a wireless microphone and my voice just sounded so much better.
