Good things happened when you least expected it
I live by this phrase!!!! (But of course, it applies to bad stuff also...)
I've been trying different methods to prepare Ya Kun's standard half boil eggs for years... So many times, the eggs either turned out too watery or too boiled. I've convinced myself that I've to pay $1.20 to Ya Kun each time I crave for half boil eggs.
For supper today, I intend to prepare a hard boil egg and to mix it with pepper, butter and mayo... Surprise surprise!!!! When I cracked it open, I see a PERFECT half boil egg!! So now I know the exact procedure to prepare a half boil egg.
Oh man this is the happiest thing that happened to me today! I'm so excited that I've to blog about it.
This incident reminded me of what hapened in Shanghai. Eric and Roger are not exactly in the list of people I must meet for an obvious shallow reason (*give myself a tight slap).... I met them. And they are the ones whom I kept in touch with, and we chat on MSN almost every day, till now.
