FAT

I'm fat and this is proven by the results of a health checkup conducted in my school.

My height is 1.77m (previously was 1.78m) and my weight is 69.1kg (previously it was 66kg!!!)

My Body Fat analysis is 22.9%!!!! The acceptable body fat for males below 30 yrs old is between 14% to 20%.
